Cast and forged products from Rose Precision Components

Rose Precision supplies all types of cast and forged products including sand castings, lost wax (investment) castings, and gravity and pressure die castings.

Sand castings

We supply fully machined ferrous and non-ferrous sand castings from all grades of grey iron, S.G iron, phosphor bronze and aluminium. We also manufacture wooden and aluminium patterns.

Lost wax (investment) castings

Investment castings can be supplied fully finished, heat-treated and machined from a wide range of alloys, such as;

  • Aluminium alloys
  • Stainless steels
  • Carbon steels
  • Alloy steels
  • Tool steels

Weight: 10gm. - 25kgs
Wall thickness: min. 2mm
Surface finish: 5µ or better.
Dim. accuracy: +/- 0.25mm for first 25mm and +0.25mm for each additional 25mm
