Toolex was founded in Hertford in 1967 and relocated to Dorset shortly afterwards. In 1990 Toolex moved to the current purpose built premises which also saw the introduction of CNC machines and a fully computerised business system. It is from here we continue supplying the engineering market.

We distribute and manufacture an extensive range of precision engineers cutting tools, including intermediate and standard reamers in various materials and coatings. A comprehensive range of standard centre and spotting drills, countersinks and counterbores, as well as carbide drills and milling cutters. This range of tooling is also supplemented with the Range of Manigley high quality and the New “DUO” range of Taps and Dies. Many other niche items such as miniature, standard and ball nose milling cutters, miniature corner rounding and multi-V cutters.

The majority of our range is ex- stock, available for next day delivery.
