Optical, 3D or single axis hand gauging instruments from Metrology International

When dimensional measurement is required, we offer various options - Optical, 3D or single axis hand gauging instruments.

Our main product in this field is S-T Industries optical comparators. Bench or heavy duty models are available and  screen sizes go from  14" to 30" diameter with the option of horizontal or vertical beam axis. All have large capacity workstages and are capable of providing solutions for most industrial applications. S-T also offer high performance Video instruments with advance camera technology. Where 3D measurement is required, the Helmel range of CMMs provide a cost effective 3D solution plus single axis or hand gauging systems.

If simple and accurate hand gauging is required the dedicated Comtorgage production hand gauges measure bores, splines, grooves and threads to very high R&R values.
