Jemtech celebrates 10th anniversary
Jemtech is celebrating ten years of supplying cutting tools and metalcutting fluids to the precision engineering industry.
The management team at Jemtech (UK) has seen consistent year on year sales growth, owing much of the success to its specialisation in the area of metalcutting fluids and associated equipment, with partners Blaser Swisslube metalcutting fluids, Cleanmist oil/air mist filters and Fe-ol oil skimmers.
“The combination of Blaser, Cleanmist and Fe-ol products is complementary,” says Steve Coull, Jemtech MD. “This has allowed us to support a wide ranging customer base from forward thinking sub-contractors through to major OEMs across a variety of industry sectors.
“We had a distinct advantage when Sue and I started the business in 1997 as Blaser and its environmentally responsible products, particularly the Bio-concept, bactericide-free Blasocut range was well ahead of its time. The result has been phenomenal growth over the past ten years.
"In the past four years we have seen that growth increase dramatically following our decision to recruit several key people to take on specific roles within the business. And, ensuring that Jemtech (UK) will continue to develop, Stewart, our son, has recently joined us and is already bringing fresh ideas to the business.”
