New premises for Kumi Solutions

Kumi Solutions has relocated to purpose-modified office facilities, providing more storage and showroom space to display PERO solvent and degreasing machines.

Simon Graham MD of Kumi with Jane Percival, manager of Centenary Business ParkSimon Graham, Managing Director of Kumi Solutions is delighted to announce that the company has recently relocated to a new, purpose modified showroom and office facility in Nuneaton, adjacent to the North Warwickshire & Hinckley College and a stone's throw from the M6 motorway.

“This is a very exciting development for Kumi.” he says. “As well as providing much needed office space and additional spare parts storage, visitors will be able to see a range of PERO solvent and aqueous degreasing machines and the company's latest productivity enhancing accessories in action.”

The move comes at a time when Kumi Solutions is on track to achieve record sales for the year, partly as a consequence of the new Solvent Emissions Regulations. The company’s sales of German built PERO equipment YTD are already up 35 per cent on 2006. Notable recent sales include London and Marlborough based turned parts specialists Tenable Screw Ltd, who have invested in a PERO V1 universal degreasing machine and a DB300 – the smaller version of the DB600 - stand-alone distillation unit as part of an ongoing program to exceed customer quality expectations.

Pero solvent systems reduce VOC emissions to below that of the incoming regulations and are in fact built to the tighter German laws 31 BImSchV and 2BImSchV. All US and European emission regulations are surpassed. V Series machines from Pero work with the entire system under negative pressure (V standing for vacuum).

Kingswinford based Clamason Industries has recently purchased a PERO V2. The first of its type in the UK, the machine will be housed in a newly acquired building dedicated to finishing and packaging operations. The machine will be used for automotive, electrical and electronic applications as well as the company's growth area of medical applications.
