MoveInspect Technology is based on a modular system that allows the user to combine the individual components such as sensor, probe and computer with the appropriate software in order to meet the requirements of a measurement task.

Thus it covers a range of measuring tasks with a single system.

As measuring tasks are added, the user adds components from the MoveInspect Technology product line to the existing system.

Software and handling concept of all MoveInspect Technology configurations are standardised. An user interface allows the operator to set up the system for each measuring task. A wide range of functions is available for project administration, coordinate evaluation and reporting.

All MoveInspect Technology components are transportable, making it simple to take the measuring machine to any site location for direct application. The individual configurations cover a range of applications; systems will measure parts from a few millimeters up to many meters in size. It is applicable for probing, tracking and targeting and solves both static and dynamic measurement tasks. In case of dynamic measurements, movements can be acquired with a frequency of up to 1000Hz while measuring an infinite number of points over a variably long period of time. Fast analyses deliver the basis for direct, on-site decisions, for example for corrections in running production. 

Founded in 1990, Aicon 3D Systems provides optical camera-based 3D measurement systems. Aicon develops and distributes systems for inspection and testing, including car safety and tube inspection.
